Borders, music and someone else's goals
Omar's Page posted the week's best plays, each with his logo, a colored border and a fresh soundtrack. He figured that made them his.
What happened
Some clips still had another app's watermark in the corner. Others were sped up to dodge copy detection.
Reach dropped sharply, and his Page was flagged for unoriginal content.
The rule behind it
Meta lists borders, logos, background music, speed changes and basic compilations as minor edits. They don't make someone else's clip original.
Getting paid by following the rules
- Film his own breakdown: his face on screen, pausing the play to explain what happened and why.
- Use short clips as evidence for his own analysis, not as the whole video.
- Never post clips that carry other platforms' watermarks.
